At Garde-Malade, we want you to be fully satisfied with your medical apparel; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
